Eligible funded hours replace chargeable childcare hours. Additional hours are charged at the published hourly rate for your child’s pricing band. You can split funded hours between settings; agree the hours you will use at Honey Pots with us. Funding depends on eligibility and agreed sessions, and does not guarantee a place. Provide funding information through the nursery’s approved private process, rather than the public enquiry form.
Invoices cover four open nursery weeks, as close to monthly as practical. Payment is expected weekly. You pay for chargeable weeks when the nursery is open, not closure weeks. The calculator estimates four nursery weeks; your invoice depends on your agreed booking, funding and optional food.
A £20 registration fee and a deposit apply where a place is not fully funded. The deposit is equivalent to one week’s childcare fees after funded hours have been deducted. It is refunded when your child leaves the nursery. Please read the complete written booking terms, including notice and cancellation conditions, before agreeing a place.
A £10 late collection charge may apply when children are collected after their agreed session finishing time. Applicable charges are added to the invoice at the end of the four-week billing period.
Meals and snacks are optional and charged separately. Families can supply food from home. Fruit is offered at 10am and 2pm, hot lunch and second course at 12pm, and tea at 4pm. Agree food choices to suit your sessions.
Our nursery policies and privacy documents are kept in a folder at the setting. You are welcome to read them when you visit, or contact us to request the information you need before agreeing a place.
